Your new Sanatoga Guitar is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original retail purchaser, subject to limitations contained in this warranty. If at any time this Sanatoga Guitar malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship Sanatoga Guitar will repair or replace the guitar, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Sanatoga Guitar. If replacement of your guitar is deemed appropriate we will replace the guitar with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price. A copy of your original proof of purchase must accompany all requests for warranty coverage.

When contacting us for a request for warranty services you must state exact description of the concern you are requesting the service for along with your original date of purchase . Sanatoga Guitar will return to you a return authorization number along with shipping instructions. All Guitars will be sent to Sanatoga Guitar solely at the orginal owners expense and must be insured for the full value of the guitar

Sanatoga Music Corp makes no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exceeding the specific provisions of this warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty. Some states and/or counties do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties so that the above may not apply to you.

Sanatoga Music Corp shall not be liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or similar damages suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits or business or damages resulting from use or performance of the guitar. Whether in contact or in tort, even if Sanatoga Music Corp or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and Sanatoga Music Corp shall not be liable foe any expenses, claims or suits arising out of or relating to any of the forgoing
